The deal

• 30% commission on every payment a referred subscriber makes during their first 12 months, yearly and monthly plans alike. A $199/yr subscriber earns you $59.70; a $24/mo subscriber earns you $7.20 each month they stay.
• Live dashboard on your account page: signups through your link, paying conversions, cleared balance, and what your next payment looks like.
• Paid monthly, in the first days of each month (PayPal or bank transfer), once your cleared balance passes $20.
• Optional audience discount: established partners can offer their audience 10% off the first payment, applied automatically through the link or with their code at checkout. The discount comes out of the same commission budget (your rate adjusts so the split is yours to choose); ask us to enable it once your first referrals land.
• Everything you need to evaluate us honestly is public: the track record (losers included), the methodology, and the held-out numbers on every stock page. We would rather you quote those than our marketing.

3. Share the link with a visible disclosure. Signups and payments attribute to your code automatically, and your dashboard updates as they land.

The fine print, plainly

• Commission is earned when money actually settles. It becomes payable after a refund-hold window (30 days on monthly payments, 60 on yearly); refunds and chargebacks during the hold simply cancel that commission.
• If a payment is clawed back after we already paid you, the amount nets against your future commissions.
• Your own subscription never earns commission, and balances under $20 roll over to the next month.
• Program terms can evolve for future payments; earned commissions keep the rate they were earned at.

Partner terms

Enrolling as a partner means agreeing to these terms. Plain English, and they exist so the program can pay honest partners reliably.

1. Commission. The standard rate is 30% of each payment (excluding any tax) a referred subscriber makes during their first 12 months. If an audience discount is enabled for you, it comes out of the same budget: discount plus commission never exceeds 30 points of the list price. Commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at; we may change rates for future payments with 30 days notice.
2. Clearing and payouts. Commissions clear after a refund hold (30 days on monthly payments, 60 on yearly). Cleared balances of $20 or more are paid in the first days of each month to the payout method on your account; smaller balances roll over. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we need your legal name and country on file before the first payout.
3. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission on that payment. If it was already paid out, the amount nets against your future commissions.
4. Attribution is by your link (90-day window, same browser) or your code at checkout. We do not retroactively attribute subscribers who joined without either.
5. Prohibited: posting your code on coupon/deal/cashback sites; bidding on "Hesper Atlas" or similar brand keywords in ads; spam; referring yourself or accounts you control; incentivizing signups with cash back; presenting Hesper Atlas as personalized financial advice or promising returns.
6. Disclosure (see below) is required on every placement. Placements without it, or any breach of these terms, can end the partnership at our discretion; commissions from violating activity are forfeited.
7. The program may evolve or close for new payments with notice; cleared balances above the minimum are always paid out.

Disclosure, required

US law (SEC Securities Act Section 17(b) and FTC endorsement rules) requires that paid promotion of anything touching securities clearly discloses the material connection. Every placement of your link must carry a visible disclosure such as "affiliate link: we may earn a commission". Placements without disclosure end the partnership. Please also never present Hesper Atlas as personalized advice or promise returns; it is a systematic, educational signal publication and its results pages say exactly what is backtested versus live.
